Art is just a hand of sand in the air. But still, does’t it send to your inbox any emotion,
far more than you’ve expected?
It seems so unreal and thereforeit hides under expressions, suggestions and full of positive charma dances. Its shyness strikes you, its grace is vain and it’s conquest is shameless. What a bad personality but still what a great atitude…

Provided we’ve already mentioned the ambient in which Sofisticart will extends it’s vision of “art’s pay back time”, now I think it’s time to get confused. Yes, indeed , as you hear. Art it’s living out of it and its stress – destructive power is no longer a mystery. So why shall it be other to us? There are pictures which just take you …away by surprise, which stimulate your imagination ,your creativity and drive you down a tunnel of outline comfort. Pictures and messages that make you remember past times and forget present moments, pictures that have a lot more in common with you than you think. These I call fountains of energy and positive attitude. There are forms in which you believe, curves that outline secret powers, lines that never grow old and points that rain on a sheet of paper. So, whose sake is art fighting for? I think it just won the battle of its sake and it’s long expecting for us to surrender to its charm. Weapons of conquer? Many. Although I wouldn’t call them weapons but promises deeply kept. Now here’s a test to see how is it like being under art’s claws. Look at a picture of a sunset ( it can’t give you else than peace and tranquility) and then admire a timeless painting or an abstract graphic if it suites you better. You may not see it but they are much the same. The wonder of nature has its God given beauty, meanwhile the wonder of art is a human being’s restless power of applauding what we commonly call it masterpiece.

I’ve always imagined successful people being busy. It’s like their second nature to say : “ I’ll call you later. I can’t talk right now.” And if you are not on their agenda, you may not exist. Their life is structured in meetings and business branches and naturally , over the years they develop a special relationship with…their mighty and full of rush-hour dates agenda. It’s like their professional diary , their office id and surely their most organized work counter. It’s not just a book full of well ended projects and ideas that wait in queue for their “shake hands” approval. It’s just that and…more. As it always sits beside the mug of coffee in the early mornings and “works up” till the “over program” spent alone in office, it may just have a lot more responsibility than we tend to think. So, why shouldn’t we respect it and redesign it in order to match to the flowers on our desk? And so shall our colleagues. Do you imagine the uniform that you used to wear in high school turning into this element of distinction of a company which is the…agenda? I do. I picture a young tall man, freshly shaved , wearing a gray tuxedo, just meeting a new client with his personalized agenda in one hand, shaking hands with the other hand that had left. Then , the secretary enters the office , with her own company branded agenda and informs the young man about the mobile phone calls she made. (checking her agenda…obviously) And so, I can imagine all the employees being successful, busy and (proudly) art designed agenda owners.
And this is when art hits. I remember a teacher of mine from the Architecture school telling us how amazingly interested business people are in art and how can a hallway of a hotel can rise the price of a hotel room per night just because it has a contemporary art painting hanged on the right side. And so happens with the agenda. In terms of art it combats the grayness of routine and in terms of business it sells confidence, respect and once again slightly whispers the company’s name. It also can deliver its values and so it becomes a PR accessory. Now, tell me. Did art and business collide? At least they finally met. Just open the agenda and see that they just had an appointment booked for today. So… checked!
